Raison d’être (et de devenir)
Aujourd’hui, la formation répond imparfaitement aux mutations du monde du travail et ne permet pas de faire face aux transitions sociétales et environnementales. Le système traditionnel de la formation n’est pas adapté aux besoins du monde qui vient.
Le projet de Savoir Devenir est de former aux métiers d’aujourd’hui et de demain. Pour cela, nous avons réuni des acteurs de l’Economie Sociale et Solidaire (ESS) et les meilleurs formateurs en innovation sociale. Savoir Devenir propose une offre de formation tout au long de la vie pour permettre à chaque citoyen⸱ne de construire un monde coopératif.
Faciliter le changement d'échelle
Le but de Savoir Devenir est de faciliter le changement d’échelle des organisations coopératives, en diffusant les bonnes pratiques des acteurs de l’ESS.

L’écosystème de Savoir Devenir a pour principe de défendre des territoires solidaires et responsables, conscients des changements actuels.
